  • Smaller cities and towns nationwide
  • Remote and rural areas (additional delivery time may apply)

Free Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Free Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders across Pakistan. This means:

  • No advance payment is required at the time of placing your order
  • You pay in cash only when your parcel is delivered to your door
  • There are no hidden delivery charges added to your order

Order Processing

Once you place your order on SofaCovers.com.pk, our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before dispatch. This confirmation step ensures that:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. Please ensure you are reachable on the contact number provided so that we can confirm your order without delays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Below are the general estimated delivery timelines:

  • Major Cities 2 to 4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns 3 to 6 business days
  • Remote & Rural Areas 5 to 7 business days or more depending on courier access

Please note that these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Courier & Tracking

We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your orders safely and on time. Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time
  • You may receive a tracking number or consignment number to follow your parcel
  • If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier on your behalf

Receiving Your Order

When your parcel arrives, please follow these important steps:

  • Inspect the parcel carefully before accepting it from the courier
  • If the parcel appears opened, damaged, or tampered with in any way, do not accept it
  • Inform the courier immediately and contact our support team
  • Record an unboxing video when opening your parcel to protect yourself in case of any damage or discrepancy

SofaCovers.com.pk will not be responsible for claims related to parcels that were accepted despite showing signs of being opened or tampered with.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Providing an accurate and complete delivery address is the responsibility of the customer. SofaCovers.com.pk will not be responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts due to wrong address information
  • Additional courier charges incurred as a result of address corrections or re-delivery requests
  • Parcels that are returned to us due to an undeliverable address

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges before the order can be resent.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your parcel due to:

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery address
  • Unreachable contact number
  • Refusal to accept the parcel without valid reason

The parcel may be returned to us after a certain number of failed delivery attempts. In such cases, re-delivery charges will apply and must be covered by the customer before the order is resent.

Delivery During Public Holidays

Please note that courier services may experience delays during public holidays, national events, or peak seasons. During such periods, estimated delivery timelines may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our Return & Exchange Policy.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

In the rare event that your sofa cover arrives damaged due to mishandling during transit, please:

  • Do not discard the packaging
  • Contact us within 10 days of delivery
  • Share a valid unboxing video clearly showing the damaged condition of the product

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
