  • Verify the product once opened to ensure it matches your order
  • Refuse the parcel if it appears tampered with or visibly damaged

We stand behind the quality of every sofa cover we ship. If the product does not match what you ordered, you are not obligated to accept or pay for it. Simply inform the courier and contact our support team immediately.

No Hidden Charges

The price you see on our product page is the price you pay nothing more, nothing less. SofaCovers.com.pk does not add any hidden charges, processing fees, or additional COD surcharges to your order.

We offer Free Delivery on all orders across Pakistan. The amount displayed at checkout is the final amount you will hand to the courier upon delivery.

Order Confirmation Before Payment

Before your order is dispatched, our team will call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm:

  • Your delivery address and contact number

Pricing in Pakistani Rupees

All prices on SofaCovers.com.pk are listed and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency transactions, no conversion charges, and no international payment complications. What you see is always in PKR, and what you pay is always in PKR.

Promotional & Sale Prices

Order Cancellation & Payment

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, there is no payment to reverse. Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may refuse to accept the parcel at the door without any financial penalty on your part.

Refunds

In cases where a return is approved under our Return Policy, refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued through a mutually agreed payment method, which may include:

  • Bank transfer
  • EasyPaisa or JazzCash
  • Any other convenient method agreed upon with our support team

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched product.
