Important Delivery Instructions
Do Not Accept Opened or Tampered Parcels
Before accepting your parcel from the courier, please inspect the package carefully.
- If the parcel appears opened, damaged, or tampered with, do not accept it.
- Immediately inform the courier and contact our support team.
SofaCovers.com.pk will not be responsible for claims relating to parcels that have been accepted despite showing signs of being opened or tampered with.
Unboxing Video Required
To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, we require a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video for any claim regarding:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Missing items
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed parcel before opening
- The shipping label
- The complete unboxing process
- The condition of the product after opening
Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- The product must not be washed, altered, stitched, modified, or misused.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable) should be included.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving their order, subject to product availability.
Exchange requests may include:
- Size-related concerns
- Receiving an incorrect product

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a product due to a change of mind, including but not limited to:
- Not liking the color

- No longer needing the item
- Personal preference reasons
the customer will be responsible for all shipping, return, and exchange delivery charges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Provided that the claim is supported by a valid unboxing video and approved by our team:
- We may offer a replacement product, exchange, or refund.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order.
SofaCovers.com.pk will not be responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Failed deliveries due to inaccurate information
- Additional courier charges resulting from incorrect addresses
- Parcels returned because of incomplete or incorrect shipping details
Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returning a Product
Before sending a return parcel, customers must contact our support team and obtain return instructions.
Once the parcel has been shipped, the customer must provide:
- Courier company name
- Tracking or consignment number
- Date of shipment
- Sender’s name
- Contact number
This information allows us to track and verify incoming returns.
Failure to provide these details may result in delays, and we cannot guarantee responsibility for parcels that cannot be identified or verified upon arrival.
Non Returnable & Non Refundable Situations
Returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be accepted in the following circumstances:
- Return request submitted after 10 days of delivery.
- No unboxing video provided for damage-related claims.
- Products that have been washed, altered, stitched, modified, or used.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned in a condition different from how they were delivered.
- Returned parcels that cannot be identified due to missing courier or tracking information.
- Change of mind requests where the customer refuses to cover applicable return shipping charges.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the requirements of this policy.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
Refunds will be issued through an appropriate payment method agreed upon with the customer.

- Shipping and courier charges are non refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product.
